ESU does not directly sell to end customers.

There are many ESU retailers worldwide, who stock our products. You will find for sure a retailer nearby. If you have problems to find a retailer, please let us know. Some retailers have a demo sound showcase, so that you can listen to some of our sounds directly.

From time to time we receive enquiries about the possibility of a customer-specific (sound) programming for their locos; or if we can install our decoders directly into customers´locos. 

Unfortunately we cannot do this ex works. Please refer instead to a conversion shop, who has much experience with the installation and programming of ESU decoders. There you will find quick and professional help.

Many model railway manufacturers are absolutely convinced of our high-quality products; they install them into their locos ex works. Since we always attempt to meet our customer´s expectations the decoders for the manufacturers (so-called "OEM" decoders) do not correspond to the decoders given here.
