Our forum is the right contact point for questions about the entire ESU product range. If questions arise, you can search for answers or ask your questions around the clock directly in the forum. Your questions will be answered competently by ESU support staff and other forum participants. You also have the opportunity to submit suggestions for improvement, and thus actively cooperate the development of our products.

To enter the ECoS / Central Station Reloaded Forum, it is mandatory that you enter the serial number of your command station during the registration process. If for any reason you did not tell us the serial number at that time or you purchased your device after the initial registration, you can enter the serial number in the user settings at any later time. Please allow around 2 - 3 working days before our staff will grant you access to this forum also.
If you own several ECoS / Central Station Reloaded devices, you may enter just any serial number.
The entrance to the Beta Test Forums is limited to selected beta users only. To become a beta tester, a personal, private invitation is needed. The ESU development team sometimes will invite qualified persons based on personal knowledge, certain user setups or because of qualified posts to the normal forums.
