However, a prerequisite for this is that a copy of the proof of purchase (sales slip) is enclosed with the defective model and the model is not older than 8 years.

Please screw the model for return shipping securely on the transport bracket supplied with the purchase and then pack it in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to charge a flat fee of € 25.00 for incorrectly packaged models due to the additional costs for packaging and return transport, even if they should not be repaired.
